How ReBook handles data

Updated: May 15, 2026

Data we collect

ReBook stores account data for the service professional: email, name, interface language, plan, avatar, and reminder channel settings.

For the professional's clients, ReBook stores name, phone number, reminder email, notes, visit dates, reminder history, preferred delivery channel, and a client photo if uploaded.

How we use data

We use this data for authentication, client management, visit records, Telegram or Email reminders, avatar uploads, and user support.

Who has access

We use infrastructure providers: Mailor for email delivery, Cloudflare R2 for avatar storage, Vercel for frontend hosting, and Hetzner for the API and server infrastructure.

After cookie consent, we also use GoatCounter, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel as third-party analytics/tracking services to understand product usage and promotional performance.

Cookies and analytics

ReBook uses a session cookie for authentication. Cookie consent is stored in localStorage as cookie-consent.

GoatCounter, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel scripts load only after you click Accept in the cookie banner.

Account deletion and user rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data and account, and for general questions contact privacy.infracore@outlook.com.
